Courtney's aura painting

painted from your energy · one of a kind

Part One

Your Aura

what the colors showed me

Your aura was quiet in a way that asked me to slow down and listen. Your true color sits held tightly at the center, ringed and contained by a field of gold, with the whole thing opening into white light at the edges. This is the aura of someone whose own light is real and beautiful and currently kept carefully tucked away.

Throat

Teal Blue

your life force

contained · self-protected · held tight · quiet

Your core vitality came through as a soft teal blue, and it was hard for me to reach. That difficulty is part of the message: this is a life force that is being held in, kept close, protected. It is round and spherical and lovely, but it is contained rather than expanding. When your own energy is this tucked away, it often means you have been living in other people's energy more than your own. You may have been feeling a little disconnected from yourself lately, setting yourself aside again and again so you can show up for everyone else. That is a true and generous thing, but we have to be inside our own energy to actually feel ourselves. I added a paler blue around the outside too, because this is throat-chakra territory, and the words that kept surfacing were simple: use your voice for yourself.

in aura tradition · teal and throat-blue speak to truth, calm, and clear communication, the bridge between what you feel and what you are able to say out loud.

Solar Plexus

Muted Gold

your current challenge

all-consuming · boxing in · self-esteem · personal power

Your current struggle came through as a muted gold, and it was everywhere. It covered the whole field, so I painted it as a square, a structure, something that contains. Gold lives at the solar plexus, the seat of confidence, self-esteem, and personal power, the place where you know who you are. The challenge right now is exactly there: knowing yourself, valuing yourself, turning your attention back toward your own center. This gold is the very thing holding your teal life force in. It is the shadow side of the solar plexus, the part that struggles to claim its own worth. The work is to spend more time in your own power, with yourself, about yourself.

in aura tradition · gold at the solar plexus is mental clarity, personal power, and self-worth, the confidence to take up space as yourself.

Crown

Shimmering White

your path forward

higher self · light · expansion · communion

The way through is shimmering white, your higher self. And the only door into that light is you. The more you speak with yourself, spend time with yourself, and commune with your own higher self, the more confidence will settle into you and the more flow will come into your life. The beautiful part is what I saw at the edges: some of the gold is already escaping out into the white, reaching, wanting to break free of the box. Your energy is already trying to expand. It simply needs you to keep turning toward yourself to let it.

in aura tradition · white at the crown is divine light and higher self, a clear channel and a new beginning opening above you.

A note from the reading

When I connected with your energy, I felt almost shut off from the body, almost no physical sensation at all. That stillness mirrored what I was seeing: a life force held so tightly inward that it had gone quiet, waiting to be felt again.

What this means for you

Your true light, the teal at your center, is real and lovely and currently held in by a struggle with self-worth, the gold. The way out is not to push harder for anyone else. It is to turn toward yourself: use your voice for yourself, spend time in your own energy, and let your higher self, the white light already pulling the gold loose, lead you back to your own confidence and flow.

Part Two

Your Cards

a message about the celebration you are not letting yourself have

I asked the cards for the message you need today, the one that helps you see yourself, know yourself, and find your confidence. What came back was a spread about a milestone you have already reached but are refusing to count, the burden you are carrying that was never yours, and the guidance waiting for you if you are willing to ask.

What this reading is about

The Hierophant

The Hierophant

Upright · Major Arcana

tradition · guidance · values · ritual · mentorship

As a Major Arcana card, this marks something significant, not a small passing mood but a real life theme. The Hierophant is about tradition, shared values, and seeking guidance: learning from a mentor, leaning on what has stood the test of time, letting age-old wisdom help you make sense of things. He is a bridge, an interpreter of deeper truths. His message to you is twofold. First, the path of learning is never finished, so stay open to a teacher arriving in your life, in whatever form they take. And second, that teacher may well be you. You may be the one who is meant to share wisdom, to guide, to teach what you have learned. The question he leaves you with is gentle and important: what are you ready to learn?

The milestone to celebrate

Four of Wands

Four of Wands

Upright · Minor Arcana

celebration · milestones · harmony · achievement · joy · gratitude

The universe is sending you a reminder to celebrate. You have hit a milestone, something worth pausing for, and you are not letting yourself see it that way. My strong sense is that it did not match the high expectations you set for yourself, so you have quietly decided it does not count. This card asks you to set those expectations down. The achievement is real whether or not it arrived the way you pictured. Look at what you have actually built, lean on the shared values and the people around you, and let yourself feel the harmony and gratitude you have earned. You are allowed to mark this.

What you need to do

Ten of Wands reversed

Ten of Wands

Reversed · Minor Arcana

releasing burdens · delegation · letting go · relieving overload

Here is the instruction, and it could not be clearer: you are carrying too much, and some of it was never yours to bear. Reversed, this card is the release of the load. Let go, delegate, hand back what belongs to other people, and create space to focus on what actually matters most to you. You do not have to hold all of it alone, and the belief that you do is part of what has your own light boxed in. Set some of it down. The relief is the point.

Your Oracle Card · Inner Child Deck

Seek Guidance In This

31 · Seek Guidance In This

It is time for a different perspective. When you reach a place of decision, confusion, or uncertainty, calling in a trusted friend, mentor, or family member can be a real gift. Another person's view can surface revelations you simply cannot see from inside your own head, and it can help you see yourself and the world more clearly. So notice: how does your inner child feel when you imagine asking someone for help? How does your grown-up self feel? If there is any hesitation there, let this be the reminder you need: you and your needs are not a burden. Asking is not weakness. It is wisdom.

What this means for you

The cards tell one story. You have reached a milestone (Four of Wands) that you are refusing to celebrate because it did not meet your own impossible standard. You are carrying a load that was never fully yours (Ten of Wands reversed). And the way forward is to lean on tradition, mentors, and the people around you (the Hierophant and your oracle card), to seek guidance and let yourself be supported. Together they say: set down what is not yours, count the win that is, and stop trying to carry it all alone.

Part Three

The Two

The Helper · Heart Center · your growth direction

As a Two with a Three wing, your gift is love in motion: empathy, attunement, generosity, the ability to sense what someone needs before they say it. You are the person others lean on. But the same gift carries a quiet wound underneath it, the belief that you are loved for what you give rather than simply for who you are. So you give, and give, and quietly set your own needs aside, which is exactly the contained teal life force we saw in your aura.

The core challenge of the Two is a passion the Enneagram calls pride, and it is worth being precise, because it is not arrogance. Pride here is the subtle refusal to admit your own needs. It is the part of you that can attend to everyone else's needs beautifully but cannot quite believe you are allowed to have any of your own. It sounds like "I'm fine, I've got it," like being the helper but never the helped, like deciding it would be easier to just carry it yourself than to ask. Pride is what makes a Two say no one else can do it quite right, so it had better stay on my shoulders. That is the reversed Ten of Wands made literal: a load you have decided is yours to carry alone, when much of it was never yours at all.

The Core Wound

I am only loved for what I give. Underneath the generosity is a fear that your worth is conditional, earned through usefulness, which is why receiving and resting can feel so unsafe.

Here is the truth that breaks the pattern: you are surrounded by people who can guide you and hold you. It is not all on you. The Hierophant in your spread is the mentor, the steady guide you are allowed to learn from, and your oracle card is practically begging you to ask for help and to trust that doing so does not make you a burden. Letting yourself be supported is not a failure of strength. It is the next version of you.

Your growth direction points toward the healthy Four, the medicine of turning inward to discover who you actually are apart from what you do for others. But there is a second key that fits your situation exactly. The highest gift waiting for a Two is the strength of the healthy Eight: the ability to use your own power on your own behalf, to invoke tough love when it is needed, to be direct, to take up space without apology. You already pour that fierce protective strength out for everyone else. Turning even a little of it toward yourself is the whole game.

→ Growth · toward Four

Turn inward. Discover who you are beneath what you give. Let your own depth, feeling, and authenticity become as real to you as everyone else's.

→ Stress · toward Eight

Under pressure a Two can grip and control. But the healthy face of Eight, claimed on purpose, is your medicine: directness, self-advocacy, strength used for you.

So here is your practice, drawn straight from your throat-blue life force and the 741 Hz you were sitting in: use your voice. Speak what you need out loud. And take real time to define who you are, perhaps even write your own manifesto, the plain answers to who am I, what do I want, and how am I going to get there. Not a celebration of where you have been, but a clear-eyed look at the next version of yourself, seen through the lens of your highest self, the one who exists as her own whole person and not only for others.

Everything Together · Aura, Cards & Type

Your teal life force, contained: the Two who sets her own energy aside to live in everyone else's. Held in by gold, the struggle to claim your own worth.

The Hierophant: the mentor and the tradition you are allowed to lean on, the reminder that you do not have to figure yourself out alone, and that you may be a teacher too.

The Four of Wands: the milestone your pride will not let you celebrate because it did not meet your standard. Permission to count it anyway.

The Ten of Wands, reversed: pride made visible, the load you decided was yours to carry alone. The instruction to set down what was never yours.

Seek Guidance In This: the oracle's gentle insistence that asking for help is wisdom, and that you and your needs are not a burden.

It all points the same direction: turn toward yourself. Use your voice for you, set down what is not yours, count your own worth, and let your higher self, the white light already loosening the gold, lead you home to your own confidence.

Use your voice for yourself.
Set down what was never yours.
You are not loved for what you carry.
You are loved because you are you.
